Coaching and training mediation students has become a passion of mine. A pivotal turning point in my career and my confidence in myself as a mediator, was finding an amazing mentor that took every opportunity she had to build me up, teach me, challenge me and pushed me to achieve my goals.

I have had great opportunities to work with students from the beginning of their mediation journeys while coaching during their Mediation Courses, and I've had the opportunity to work with students while completing their last 20 hours of the 100 hour requirement for accreditation. I have taken the time to listen to my students, explore their feedback/comments and they have given me a lot of perspective, understanding and communication regarding what that they believe would help them be better prepared to launch their own practice, get on a mediation roster and/or enter the mediation world in general.

With this new perspective and understanding, I am proud and honoured to provide my own 80 hour simulated role play course, as well as the remaining 20 hours of Internship to become an Accredited Family Mediator.
